Thrive Programme
What is the Thrive Programme?
Thrive - SME Innovation Programme is a new InterTradeIreland initiative in partnership with University College Cork, Queen's University Belfast, University of Galway and Technological University Dublin. The four universities have developed the programme for SMEs to enhance innovative capability and impact for competitive advantage.
Thrive - SME Innovation Programme is aimed at MD/CEOs and those responsible for innovation within the business. SMEs enrolled on the programme will participate in a 10 step learning process over 12 months comprising of a mix of face-to-face and one-to-one sessions, group and virtual meetings.
How can organisations benefit from engaging with Thrive?
Through completion of the programme, partaking businesses will be supported to develop the following outputs:
- An innovation audit of the business’s processes and gaps for implementing new ideas.
- A future-looking review of the business’s competitive landscape.
- Design of a roadmap for growth, based on a new product, service, process or business model by the business.
- An implementation plan for the newly identified innovation project.
- Opportunity for Owner-Manager/CEO/MD to understand their own leadership and management capabilities by undertaking a psychometric test and receiving one-to-one feedback from a business-organisational psychologist (Optional and solely based on interest of the individual Owner-Manager/CEO/MD).
- Opportunities to access further support in related InterTradeIreland sponsored programmes (e.g. Innovation Boost) to further help grow your business.
