Riddel Hall at Queen's University
Programme Overview

Over the course of this programme, participants will enhance their knowledge and understanding of leadership both as a broad concept and within the specific context of divided societies; examine the complex relationship between leadership, culture, and power; and explore the role of leaders in conflict and crisis. They will engage with internationally respected academics, as well as leaders from domains including business, politics, civil society, and sport. Content will be delivered through a blend of seminars, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and site visits. The majority of sessions will take place on the vibrant new Riddel Hall Campus at Queen’s University Belfast. Participants will depart with a lasting appreciation of the importance of leadership to address divisions, challenge narratives, and build stronger and more resilient communities.
