Queen's University Belfast has launched its latest annual report for 2022 -23.

The latest report details the key moments and achievements in the University in 2022 -23.

President and Vice-Chancellor of Queen's University Belfast, Professor Sir Ian Greer, said: "2023 has been a remarkable year for Queen’s University.

"We have made global headlines by marking the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement with many of the internationally renowned architects from the world’s most successful peace treaty in attendance.

"We have supported our students through extremely difficult cost of living challenges and have worked together with our staff and Trade Unions to find a solution to long-running industrial action.

"We have opened new world class facilities, we have contributed significantly to the local economy in Northern Ireland and we’ve played our part in working towards a more sustainable environment.

"So much progress has been made on so many fronts. The university’s reputation has been greatly enhanced by a range of positive actions and interventions. These interventions underline our guiding principle to ensure that Queen’s not only fulfils its full potential but makes a real difference to people’s lives in Northern Ireland through its societal and economic impact."
