Fourth Annual Leverhulme Interdisciplinary Network on Cybersecurity and Society (LINCS) conference
The Covid-19 crisis has created new developments in the use of technology and accelerated existing trends in technology usage. The LINCS conference will explore how technology has shaped our experience of the pandemic and how the crisis has shaped technology development for the future.
Prof Rob Kitchin, will be discussing the use of surveillance technologies to curb the spread of Covid-19. There will also be a presentation from some scholars at the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford, about their Government Response Tracker project.

LINCS (Leverhulme Interdisciplinary Network on Cybersecurity and Network) brings together The Senator George J. Mitchell Institute for Global Peace, Security and Justice and the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) to develop a distinctive cohort of doctoral students working across the boundaries of their disciplines. The LINCS Seminar series is student-led and organised and chaired by doctoral scholars on the LINCS programme.
