Our Undergraduate Open Day is the best way to get a taste of life at Queen's. On Saturday 7 June from 9.30am - 3pm you’ll learn more about our courses that you can study with us, plus you’ll have the opportunity to hear first-hand from our current students and teaching staff about learning and living in Belfast.

Chat with our current club and society members in the SU foyer at One Elmwood Student Centre and Students’ Union. Discover how joining one of our 220+ clubs and societies can help you meet new people and develop new passions, enhancing your university experience.

Queen’s Sport

Talk to a member of Queen’s Sport at one of our information stands to learn about our incredible sporting opportunities. Discover why we’re a premier sporting university. Take a ten-minute walk through Botanic Gardens to see our advanced Physical Education Centre, with tours running throughout the day.

Campus Tours 

Explore our beautiful campus! Walking tours will depart from the Welcome Centre throughout the day, led by our friendly Student Ambassadors who will share their university experiences with you. The tour will include main campus facilities such as the Lanyon Building, McClay Library, and One Elmwood Student Centre and Students’ Union.

Subject Information 

Learn more about the courses you’re interested in at one of our subject information talks. Our academics will provide an overview of what you can expect to be taught. You’ll also have the opportunity to hear first-hand from current students and teaching staff at our subject information stands.

Support Services  

Visit our support service staff to learn about the wide range of support available from the Student Wellbeing Service at Queen’s. Admissions, accommodation, and careers staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. If you don’t have specific questions yet, you can attend one of the support services talks for an overview of what’s available.

Accommodation 

Attend one of our accommodation tours to get a sense of what it’s like to live at Queen’s. Buses will leave from the main campus every 20 minutes to take you to our BT1 city centre or BT9 Elms Village accommodation.

LAWN GAMES AND FOOD TRUCKS

Enjoy some downtime relaxing on our beautiful lawns. Have lunch at our food trucks or one of our cafés and food outlets located throughout the campus. Take part in our lawn games and take fun photos in our 360 dome.

Don’t forget to grab some free popcorn and pick ‘n’ mix.
