About The School

Welcome to the School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work, where we are dedicated to understanding and improving society through education, research, and practice. Our diverse programs in Criminology, Education, Social Policy, Sociology, and Social Work equip students with the knowledge and skills to drive meaningful change in communities and institutions.

With a strong emphasis on real-world experience, our students engage in placements, research projects, and collaborations with industry and public sector partners. Guided by expert academics and practitioners, you’ll develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills to shape policies, support communities, and influence social change at local and global levels.
