2019 – Lord Davies of Abersoch
A captivated audience were in attendance at Riddel Hall to hear Lord Davies, introduced by Honorary Professor Declan Kelly and Professor Emma Flynn, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Enterprise; deliver a dynamic and engaging keynote lecture entitled ‘Are Democracy and Capitalism under threat?’.
Lord Davies also answered a number of probing questions from audience members around the current political and economic business environment.

Ms Ursula Burns, former CEO of global information technology giant Xerox, and current Senior Advisor at Teneo, shared her insights into the future of business when she delivers the second annual Declan Kelly Leadership Lecture at Queen’s.

The Chief Executives’ Club at Queen’s were delighted to welcome Mr Declan Kelly to deliver their Inaugural Leadership Lecture. There was a capacity audience in attendance to hear Mr Kelly deliver a dynamic and engaging presentation entitled ‘Navigating a world of unprecedented Volatility’.
Irish-American entrepreneur, businessman and philanthropist Mr Kelly was awarded a prestigious Honorary Professorship at the Lecture by Professor Nola Hewitt-Dundas, Head of Queen’s Management School.
