Interim Measures

In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the University to put in place interim measures such as:

  • Requiring a student to move QUB accommodation.
  • Requiring a student to adhere to a Future Conduct Requirement.
  • Imposing a placement suspension.
  • Imposing a precautionary suspension.
  • Withholding an academic award.

Interim measures are not a sanction, and are designed to provide for the continued access of students to education (as far as possible), to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and to protect the integrity of any investigation or University procedure.
