Educational Aims Of Programme
The overall aims of the BSc (Hons) in Health Studies programme are as follows:
Prepare healthcare professionals to meet the changes and challenges of health care delivery within the health service and independent sector.
Provide an academically challenging and practice orientated course of study that will prepare registered practitioners to contribute to the quality of professional evidence and informed practice.
Enhance the ability of practitioners to function as competent and confident graduates.

Notes
Programme Structure, Levels, Modules and Credits
Due to the part-time nature of this programme, students are normally only permitted to study a maximum of 3 modules in one academic year and a maximum of two modules in any one semester.
Compulsory Modules
Part-time students may register for module SPN3101 Research and Development in Clinical Practice in either the first or second year of study.
Some modules will have restrictions, students must be working in the relevant area to access these.
