The Estates Planning division has a wide remit across the University’s estate, with primary focus on ensuring the provision of world-class built infrastructure for our students, staff and community as identified as one of the key enablers of Strategy 2030. The team includes chartered architects, surveyors and project managers.
Our Estate Masterplan 2024-34 sets out to align the campus in support of the priorities of Strategy 2030 and the Planning team will continue to work closely with the senior leadership structure, Faculties, Schools and Directorates, in order to ensure a fully integrated approach which underpins the University’s ambitions.
We have a very professional team that makes a tremendous contribution to the delivery of a world-class sustainable campus. For an overview of our current and future plans, please see the current Estate Masterplan.
