All centrally booked teaching rooms and computer labs (including the Flexible Teaching Space), must be booked via the University's Central Timetabling System in Queen's Online.

To book equipment, email avs@qub.ac.uk.  More information, including your responsibilities when booking equipment, is available in the Audio Visual section of the Information Services website. All external room booking enquiries should be directed to the Eventus Unit on 02890 973768 or eventus@qub.ac.uk.

The Timetabling and Room Booking Unit is part of the 'Eventus, Culture and Arts' Team within Student Plus. The team is responsible for organising core University events and for providing an event management consultancy service to Schools and Directorates within the University. The Eventus website can be accessed here.

Venues at Queen's

Queen's University can be used as a venue for a number of different functions, including corporate, civic or private. You can find out more about the venues Queen's has to offer at this webpage

Hybrid Events

Hybrid conferences blend a mix of live and virtual experiences, using live streaming to broadcast your event.

Some of your audience and speakers might be local. For international or distant attendees, a hosted live stream or one using social media – TEAMS webinars, or YouTube live streams – can make huge savings on emissions by removing the need to fly. Your speakers can dial in, too.

To book audio-visual equipment, email avs@qub.ac.uk.  More information, including your responsibilities when booking equipment, is available in the Audio Visual section of the IS website.
