Queen's is committed to developing leadership capability at all levels. To enable this, our Leadership and Management Framework underpins our leadership development opportunities, including the Connected Leaders suite of programmes.
The Connected leaders suite of programmes reflects our leadership levels 1 – 4.
They are separate, unrelated programmes targeted at staff at each of the levels. Rather than grade, our leadership levels focus on the reach of the work, and the scope of leadership responsibility and sphere of influence associated with the role.
