Service Description
The International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) is an internationally recognised qualification. Queen's University is an accredited ICDL test centre, operated by the IT Training and Assessment Unit, and offers ICDL and ICDL Advanced to current staff and students.
ICDL Core: There are 7 modules and the qualification is awarded on the successful completion of all modules:
ICDL Advanced: The ICDL Advanced is a higher level qualification with 4 modules. A separate certificate is awarded for successfully passing a test for each module (you do not need to take all 4 modules).

The Service is available during core working hours 09:00 – 17:00
Support Hours
The Service is supported from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, except for Public and agreed Queen’s holidays. Details of which can be found at http://www.qub.ac.uk/sites/StaffGateway/WorkingLife/Holidays/
