Service Description
We provide a full video production service, using industry standard tools to create high-quality, professional audio-visual material.
Audio podcasts or video podcasts (vodcasts) are a great way of taking the learning experience outside the classroom and even beyond the campus.
Please Note
We provide video production and podcasting services University wide, and as such we would strongly recommend making contact with the team well in advance of your project deadline. We currently operate a minimum lead in time of two weeks, to ensure that the project request can be adequately scoped and resourced.

Service Hours
Video production support is provided during working hours 09:00 - 17:00. Support can be provided outside these core times, but may incur additional cost.
Support Hours
The Service is supported from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, except for Public and agreed Queen’s holidays. Details of which can be found at http://go.qub.ac.uk/holidays.
Service Owner
None specific but will support any noted customer critical periods.
