Desk Phones

Whether you need a new phone line, modifications to your existing setup, or migration to the Teams Phone System, we’re here to help. Our services include:

  • New Line Requests – Get a new phone line set up quickly and efficiently.

  • Surrender Extension – Remove an existing extension when no longer needed.

  • Modify Dial-Out Access – Adjust permissions for external calling, such as international access

  • Change Displayed Number – Update how your number appears in the directory or Microsoft Teams.

  • Migrate to Teams Phone System – Seamlessly transition to the Teams Phone System for a unified communication experience.

Mobile Devices

For business purposes, some staff members are provided with mobile devices, including phones, smartphones, tablets, and data dongles.

If you need to order a new mobile service or change/upgrade an existing service, please visit the Mobile Devices section on the Telecoms SharePoint site for more details.
