Visitor Registration Form

If you are an external researcher or visitor who has a genuine need to use materials not available in other libraries you may apply for a one-month Visitor Pass by completing the form below. Please allow 5 working days for your application to be processed.

The Library will contact you by email. If your application has been approved you will be able to collect the Pass from the Reception Desk in the McClay Library. Identification, including proof of address, will be required.

The Pass will be valid for one month. It is non-renewable and non-transferable.

Academic visitors may use Eduroam to connect to the University's wireless network. They should configure and test their Eduroam connection before visiting Queen's.

Wi Fi access is also available via The Cloud.
