Research Interests

  • Law and Technology
  • Business and Human Rights
  • Accountability
  • ESG

My research focuses on how the concept of accountability plays in corporate and administrative settings. I am especially interested in the interplay of business and human rights and in how organisations conceptualise, manage and share knowledge.

My principal digital interests are in:

  • Law and Technology
  • Text analytics
  • Electronic disclosure
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)

I am especially interested in how technology supports and reconfigures how knowledge is imagined as a kind of accountability in institutional settings such as in law. I am also interested in how privacy plays out in different settings. And finally am interested in new questions that arise at the interface of technology and business and human rights.
