The IT Service Desk is conveniently located in the ground floor atrium area of The McClay Library.
The IT Service Desk is a point of contact if you are a Queen's staff member or student experiencing computing problems relating to your personal file store, or if you have problems accessing the Queen's network. Help is also available if you wish to configure your laptop for Queen's wireless access.
Computer Support Assistants are available at all times to help students exploit computing facilities throughout the building. The IT Service Desk itself is open 9.00 am - 8.30 pm Monday - Friday and 10.00am - 5.30pm Saturdays.
Queen's staff are able to collect and load Queen's licenced software at the IT Service Desk.
