Qsis Maintenance

The Queen's Student Information System (Qsis) is undergoing scheduled maintenance from Friday 11 April 2025 (5 PM) to Monday 14 April 2025 (10 AM).  During this time, some Queen’s Portal features will be impacted.

Applying for Undergraduate or Postgraduate study

You will be able to submit Undergraduate and Postgraduate applications as normal.

You will be unable to update your contact details or respond to offers. If you need to update your contact details or respond to an offer, please return after the scheduled maintenance has completed. If you still encounter issues carrying out these actions, please contact intl.admissions@qub.ac.uk for undergraduate advice, or pg.apply@qub.ac.uk for postgraduate advice.

Submitting Exceptional Circumstances (EC) or ISSA-related Adjustments (ISSA)

If you log into the Queen’s Portal for the first time over the Qsis maintenance window, you will not be presented with your modules and will therefore not be able to submit an EC/ISSA application. 

Students already using the system can submit applications for EC/ISSA-related adjustments without issue.

Requesting an Official Queen's University Document or Letter  

Requesting a document or letter via Queen's Portal will be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled Qsis maintenance.

Please wait until the scheduled Qsis maintenance has been completed before requesting a document or letter.
