I really enjoyed my placement year with the QUB Digital Transformation Team. I found the work to be very rewarding, as the software solutions we developed would go on to benefit the staff and students of the university alike. For example, I was the lead developer of a payment management system for Fire Safety & First Aid staff and an action tracker for the University Management Board. I also helped to test and develop larger projects, such as the Clearing System and CPAD Nursing App. Every project is unique, so things never got repetitive. Connor
