Phase 2 of the implementation schedule is currently being undertaken and will complete with the creation of the 2012-13 Academic Timetable.  It is comprised of a number of stages, including:

• benchmarking the current Academic Timetable against staff and student expectations through an Effective Zoning of Teaching Exercise.
• a modelling exercise to determine how provision could be more fully aligned with student and staff expectations.
• a designated set of teaching rooms, previously under School management, moving to central management from September 2012.
• a schedule of summer refurbishment works to ensure a minimum standard across all teaching rooms.
