Citi Spire is 6 month Programme which was set up 7 years ago to help empower females studying a STEM related Degree to make informed career decisions by providing career advice & support, helping to broaden their networks and improve their visibility.

During the virtual programme Mentees will be offered:

· 1-2-1 mentoring from our high-calibre female IT Professionals at Citi.

· Our mentors know that career paths and decisions can be difficult to make and that’s why we have created this mentorship to help encourage you to make the right choices for you.

· As a mentee, you will be paired with a female Mentor working within Citi Technology who will meet with you on a monthly 1-1 basis to provide you with practical career advice, support, and guidance.

· Invitation to tailored workshops on topics such as

- Presenting With Confidence

- Building a Personal Brand

- Leading projects

There are also great opportunities for networking with other mentors and mentees throughout the programme
