LawPod explores law and legal issues with academic experts and practitioners and provides insights into the student experience. LawPod content is created by the staff and students of the School of Law, Queen’s University Belfast. LawPod showcases current research, interrogates current legal issues and delves into key legal concepts. To date, over 160 episodes have been published on topics including human rights, criminology and criminal justice, transitional justice, and private, public and commercial law. 

LawPod is an excellent opportunity for students to develop key transferable skills in communication, research, organisation, teamwork and project management. In addition, our student teams learn how to record and produce audio content.
