The Sustainability Programme will be a voluntary role encompassing a variety of activities aimed at engaging students in sustainable practices, aligning with the overarching theme of sustainability to enhance their skills in this area and build a strong community of environmentally conscious individuals. Included in this initiative are accredited carbon literacy training, opportunities for students to cultivate horticultural skills through participation in the BT9 Community Garden and Allotment project, facilitation of donation processing with redistribution to local charities to foster meaningful community connections and contribute towards a circular economy, and the development of video and photo content to comprehensively document the participant's programme journey.
