Students have the opportunity to participate in the reverse mentoring programme, acting as mentors to staff. In this programme, students serve as mentors to staff members, fostering an organic professional relationship. This is a chance for students to share their lived experiences of studying at QUB and positively impact staff practices. 

Through the programme, students will build long-lasting connections with staff members from outside their school and develop your mentoring skills, preparing you for the professional world.
