Develop your self-acceptance and self-belief and learn to acknowledging your own agency.

Stop letting self-doubt hold you back. Delivered over three days, the She Leads Programme for Women is designed to help you develop and acknowledge your potential as a confident leader.

Discover your unique strengths, values and behaviours and develop your sense of agency as you learn to assert yourself, improve your communication style and limit self-doubt.

Learn from women leaders and build a support network of like-minded peers as you set yourself goals and challenges and learn to take advantage of opportunity.

You can use SHE LEADS to achieve the Future-Ready Award in the following ways:

· Make a Combined Route application using SHE LEADS and at least one other activity if you attend at least two sessions

· Receive the award through the Single Route if you complete the programme in full
