The School of Psychology are offering students returning from a 1-year Sandwich placement an opportunity to further develop their employability skills by becoming PsychologyAtwork student ambassadors in our programme ‘Career Peers’. 

The Career Peers will support: 

• In-house careers events such as career fairs, employer events and workplace visits 
• Share their experience of 1-year placement at placement information sessions, Placement Action Week, placement clinics 
• Promote the 1-year placement at lecture shout-outs and events 
• Raising awareness of the benefits of placement thought social media and testimonials
