(UJF) in Grenoble is one of France’s top faculties for teaching and research in the fields of science, technology and health. UJF offers undergraduate, postgraduate and vocational-training programmes in a wide range of fields: physics and chemistry; mathematics and computer science; biology; medicine and pharmacy; engineering and technology; earth sciences and astronomy/astrophysics; environmental studies; geography and territorial science; sports sciences; and physical education. UJF has 50 research laboratories working with national research bodies such as the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and with the area’s major international facilities such as the Synchrotron and the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL) in Grenoble.
