One-to-one appointments

Can I cancel or reschedule my one-to-one appointment?

If you are no longer able to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate other students. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, check your Microsoft Bookings confirmation email. There will be an option to update your appointment details. You can also email us at lds@qub.ac.uk.

If you are running late, send us an email as soon as possible at lds@qub.ac.uk and you will be given a fifteen-minute grace period.
