To cancel or reschedule your appointment, check your Microsoft Bookings confirmation email. There will be an option to update your appointment details. You can also email us at lds@qub.ac.uk.

If you are running late, send us an email as soon as possible at lds@qub.ac.uk and you will be given a fifteen-minute grace period.
