The Barber's Chair can be a place for you to recharge your batteries and to connect with others. Sometimes, all we need is a friendly face and a listening ear to improve our mood. Drop in for a free haircut and a chat with our barber to take some time out and focus on you!

No need to book in advance, just drop by the Peter Froggatt Centre Foyer between 10am and 1pm. Please be advised you may have to wait in a queue depending on the demand.

Our Wellbeing Advisers will also be on hand if you would like to discuss any concerns you might have confidentially.

Please note, if you struggle with large crowds and would prefer a haircut in a quiet room, we have a separate session in which you can book a private haircut. Please view the programme events page for more details.
