Join us for a yoga and mindfulness class designed to offer students a chance to learn how to stretch and relax in a safe and non-competitive space.  

Continued study and work in front of the computer are just some of the things that can cause restriction, stress, and tension in the body.  

This class will unravel restricted mobility, lengthen & strengthen muscles, help dissolve stress patterns and increase your stamina. As well as a movement practice, the class will emphasize the importance of slowing down and learning to listen through breath work and meditation.  

Please note there are three sessions running weekly, you can choose to come to one, two, or join us for all three!
