Together we'll explore...
Panic and anxiety...
It’s important not beat ourselves up - discover strategies for looking after ourselves,
taking responsibility and being pro-active.
Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem...
Who are we and what is our uniqueness as human beings? Learn the things we can do ongoing to build and maintain confidence.
Work-life balance...
How do we spend our time? We’ll look at the benefits of using a calendar and diaries, and how having a ‘structure’ can help us to use our time wisely.
Staying focussed...
Knowing what we will do and how we will do it will help us to remain focussed. We’ll look at our role and our environment, as well as how we can remain disciplined.
