Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.
This event will focus on 'Be Active'.
This Wellbeing on Weekday (WOW) event is open to all students.
This event is held in collaboration with Active Campus and will be suitable for all abilities.
Like all WOW events, this workshop is free of charge and all students are welcome.
Note: Maximum number of attendees is 80 so early sign up is recommended.
