Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.
This event will focus on 'Give'.
Affirmation Stations are generally characterized by differing affirmation phrases or positive adjectives. Students are meant to choose a phrase or word that then becomes a specific goal of theirs.
Take a few cards home with you and every morning when you wake up, select one and say it aloud. Doing this will set the tone for your day and get you moving in a positive direction. You can also take a blank card and write your own affirmations that you think will help to motivate you!
