Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.
This event will focus on 'Keep Learning'.
Sleep plays a crucial role in maintaining our mental and physical health, repairing our bodies and replenishing energy levels. The quantity and quality of sleep impacts on your wellbeing as well as your capacity to learn.
Sleep Well, Be Well is a workshop aimed at students at all levels of study who want to know more about the relationship between sleep, health and learning. The facilitator Sarah Stewart is a wellbeing advisor and Sleep Counsellor who will be providing hints and tips on how to get a good night's sleep as well as offering a Q&A session at the end.
