Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.
This event will focus on 'Keep Learning'.
Join us from 5.00-7.00 in the Peter Froggatt Centre 02.026.
This session is free of charge and all staff and students are welcome.
Photographs will be taken during the event and may feature on Mind Your Mood’s and/or the panellists’ social media.
