Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.
This event will focus on 'Take Notice'.
Take a quick break this Reading Week to unwind your mind! The Mind Your Mood committee will be at the McClay Foyer taking suggestions of inspiring quotes that will be used to decorate the walls of the library’s new wellbeing area and in return, you will receive a voucher for a free tea/coffee at the Hope Café.
