This is event is open to all staff and students.
Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.
This event will focus on 'Be Active'.
This is a collaborative event between Mind Your Mood and Active Campus - you can find out more about Active Campus here.
This will be a weekly Free Yoga Session, starting on 7th February 2023 which will be held in different locations throughout campus.
You can sign up for as many weeks as you like, just make sure to note the time and location of each session you have signed up for.
Please, also, bring your own yoga mat if possible.
Please note, the session on February 21st in the Great Hall has been cancelled due to industrial action.
