Concerned about your physical health? Have you registered with the GP?
Physical health is the health and wellbeing of your body. This covers topics such as exercising, think about walking or cycling to class, joining a sports club (check out Active Campus for opportunities to get involved with social, recreational and physical activities), nutrition eating a balanced diet and avoiding excessive processed foods and sugary drinks. Stay hydrated drink plenty of water throughout the day. Sleep well aim for at least 7 hours a night. Manage stress, connect with friends, practice meditation, engage in your hobbies. *Please note that if you have an urgent health concern please call emergency services (999) or present to an emergency A&E department at Belfast Royal Victoria Hospital or Mater Hospital
