Dark Nights, Feeling Alright: Managing Your Mental Wellbeing

Belfast Recovery College are running this workshop introducing ways to develop and maintain your mental wellbeing during challenging times.

We look at the difficulties of the long winter nights, social isolation and loneliness, anxiety and low mood/depression, and at strategies to manage these.

We’ll consider subjects such as building resilience, routine and good sleep hygiene, challenging negative thoughts and managing intense emotions.

The workshop will also look at the Recovery College and the free courses it offers to anyone interested in mental health and wellbeing.
