Student Wellbeing presented an online session on 'Dealing with Exam Stress & Anxiety' via Adobe Connect. 

Exams under normal circumstances can be stressful enough but when facing them in this new format and under lockdown, it can seem even more stressful and anxiety-inducing. The current circumstances are challenging, and we are aware that this may be affecting your studies.

This session looked at dealing with anxiety, self-care, setting goals, being aware of how you are feeling and positive coping strategies to help manage stress.
