This webinar aims to take time to re-evaluate and reflect on personal values and how to effectively achieve SMART goals. It will explore personal and societal pressures and the importance of recognising stressing factors and wellbeing concerns.

Practical tips and self-help strategies will be given in order to encourage the self-monitoring and self-managing of positive wellbeing practices in the hope of creating a harmonious study life balance. How maximising opportunities for connection in the university is vital and how to reach out and get more help when needed.
