Mindfulness is a skill which involves mental training to achieve higher levels of emotional intelligence and resilience when handling challenging situations.

Anne Costello is the founder and CEO of “Anne Costello Mindfulness” and is passionate about mental health and helping people develop their own inner resources to build resilience in times of stress.

 

Having trained in mindfulness in the US she gained further training in Rome, London, and Ireland. Anne draws upon her 20 years of experience as a Public Health Nurse in Boston and a yoga teacher. She designs bespoke mindfulness programmes for business, education, and the voluntary sector. Her clients include Queens University, Diageo, PBNI, Allstate, Liberty IT, the Bar Library, Ulster University and the Education Authority.

Anne enjoys volunteering in her community, coaching girls in sport.
