To help, Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke will provide an online session on Stress on Thursday 30 April at 1.00pm via Zoom. Login details will be provided after registration.
The session will discuss factors that cause stress and how to be aware of them and tips on how to help reduce stress, particularly at this time.
