In this two-hour masterclass, you will discuss notable examples of the form, and strategies to enable participants to write their own reviews, moving from summary into argument. Please come with an idea in mind of something you might like to review: a poetry collection or individual poem, a novel, short story, play, film or tv series.
Reviews produced in the masterclass will be considered for The Friday Critique, a new online feature of 'flash-criticism'.
Numbers are restricted. Students from MA in Poetry, MA in Creative Writing, and creative writing PhD candidates will be prioritised.
