‘I wouldn’t start from here…’ Exploring the nature of value and value creation in public service delivery'
The seminar will explore what we mean by ‘value’ in the context of public service delivery. It will draw upon the Public Service Logic framework in doing so to reflect upon the elements, loci and processes of public service delivery. On this basis, it will consider the future for public policy design and public service delivery.
