If anxiety and stress or particular difficulties with study skills are a problem, this interactive workshop will provide tips, guidance and resources to help manage the emotional distress felt at as the final semester draws to a close.
The aim of this workshop is to give practical suggestions on how to manage the time leading up to and studying for assignments, assessments and exams. Many of the suggestions are simple or obvious, yet at times when we are under pressure, we can easily forget these basics.
Remember that you have already been successful in passing plenty of assessments and exams. As stressful as your University modules may feel, you do have skills and experience to draw on which will be addressed in the workshop.
