Walking is a great way to improve your health and fitness, see the outdoors, and improve your mood. The beauty of walking is that you can do it anywhere and being outdoors means you can spend time with more people.
Join us for a group winter walk near the main campus, and have a chance to meet others and get some exercise into your day too. The walk will last approximately 45 mins, and will be followed by a complimentary hot chocolate and treat afterwards.
