Lattice LightSheet Microscopy is a technique that allow fast 3D imaging of large specimens with minimum photodestruction for a long time. This technique allows visualisation of fast and long events that take place during cell migration, wound healing, cell development, organoid or spheroid formation etc. The seminar will describe the technique and its application in biomedical research.
