ALL WELCOME!  This event is primarily targeted at postdocs and research staff, but is open to anyone who is interested in attending, including individuals of all career stages and roles affiliated to any university or without university affiliation.

In this event Dr Craig Davison will be interviewed by Jill Wright, Research Careers and Employability Officer in the Postdoctoral Development Centre at Queen's University Belfast.  Jill will ask some prepared questions but also relay questions shared by the audience in the event chat and address any pre-event questions received at registration.

DR CRAIG DAVISON

Craig Davison is a Senior Account Executive at Clustermarket.  He has a PhD in Molecular Biology from Queen's University Belfast and almost 7-years of research experience.

Three years ago Craig transitioned from working in a laboratory into business roles as a scientist within cloud-based software companies.

Craig worked in Cancer Research in pre-clinical drug discovery and translational development.  He worked as a Research Fellow within CV6-Therapeutics Lab under the supervision of Dr Robert Ladner and Dr Melissa LaBonte Wilson.  During this time he was always interested in technology, software, and business.

Since transitioning into Biotech roles Craig has had multiple cross-functional responsibilities bridging commercial and product teams, including commercial strategy, product roadmap development, complex technical communication, and scientific writing/content creation.
